Ming H. Lee
Ming H. Lee served the presidency of SVCTBA (Silicon Valley Chinese Technology Business Association) for the year term of 2016 – 2017.
Before the presidency term, Ming has been passionate in working with SVCTBA members and management for many years with the positions of board director, vice president and chair of technology committee. Since 2014, He has assisted in organizing Smart City Conferences, and has done many IoT technology seminars and meetup events for association members and teaming many other Chinese American community associations for alliances, co-events and reached out to main stream technology organizations for partnering. In his presidency term, Ming did a successful 2017 Smart City Conference and Expo with all members’ team work. This event was the first time to combine technology, investment, art and health care shows in one conference.
In addition to Ming’s volunteering services for SVCTBA, Ming is an industry veteran with extensive experience and knowledge in products technology, systems integration and business management. He is also an entrepreneur with his career span over 35 years in microcomputer, data communication, telecommunication, video cameras and various emerging high-tech fields such as IoT, AI, Manufacturing, Transportation and Green Energy. Ming was a aggressive technical marketing consultant also for China business development in the years of 1995 – 2005. The global companies Ming has served, consulted and partnered with are AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Air Radio Inc, and L3 Communications, The IoT partners for events Ming has teamed in recent years are IoT, Inc., IBM, Intel and Cisco.
Since 2006, Ming has also become an independent angel investor and a mentor with the passion and mission for assisting innovative startups for innovations and funding.
